Conran-designed bar and restaurant with a riverside location and a wide range of whiskies, vodkas, rums, liqueurs, etc. Gastronomy Domine says the cocktails are very good. For some reason they don't list their cocktails on their website though.

Menu is gastropub-ish photo as of September 2010, and there are different lunchtime and evening menus. The entrance is round the side in a narrow alley (pictured), and the restaurant is up a flight of stairs from the door.
