Posh burger place on Regent Street.

It's part of a chain that also has several branches in London and other places in the UK. Amusingly, Cambridge is filed under "North" on the GBK website — well, I suppose it is north of the Thames...

They offer lots of different options for your burger — as well as the Classic (burger, salad, relish), they have things like Satay, Blue Cheese, Jamaican (with mango and ginger sauce), Kiwiburger (with beetroot, egg, pineapple, and cheese), etc.  There are six vegetarian options, mostly based around portobello mushrooms.  The chicken in chicken-based dishes is breaded and deep-fried.

Burgers cooked medium by default, but you can ask for a different degree of doneness if you prefer.  The burgers are very large, and only the hungriest will require chips as well; the milkshakes are very large and generally rather disappointing.
