Upscale restaurant on the edge of [[Midsummer Common]], near the river.  They describe their food as "French Mediterranean", and they currently (2010) have two Michelin stars.  They offer a tasting menu (&pound;90 as of October 2010, with matched wines at &pound;65).  For those who'd prefer something cheaper, the lunch menu is good value at &pound;35 for three courses.

They have an outdoor terrace where smoking is permitted.
