The Carlton Arms is a great social pub in the north of the city. The staff are always friendly, the food is excellent and there is always a wide variety of guest Real Ales on offer — no Stella :).
The pub comprises two separate bars. The lounge bar is comfortable with sofas and tables for eating or socialising. The main bar is laid out in a more traditional pub manner with fruit machines, a pool table etc.
Food is served until 9pm every day. Quiz night is Wednesday.
