The Monkfield Arms is Cambourne's sole pub. It is run by Marston's brewery and follows their standard menu and feel. Overall there is little that makes this pub stand out; however, considering its varied customer base this is probably for the best. The only time they have disappointed me with their food (though I've not been expecting much) was the only time I've been in on a Sunday morning and ordered their roast, which was delivered cold and dry by an employee who clearly felt she had better things to do.
