Christs college is a college of University of Cambridge, located close to the centre of the city. The college was established in 1437. Its alumni include John Milton, Charles Darwin, Earl Mountbatten, and the novelist and commentator, CP Snow. Christs comprises around 400 undergraduates, 100 graduates, and 70 fellows. The college gardens include a rather old Mulberry tree, believed to have been planted in 1608.
