Cafe/patisserie by day, French restaurant by night (though the "by night" part only happens on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays).

They have lots of tempting-sounding things written up on boards on the walls, but in the daytime at least, your choices are limited to what you see laid out in front of you in a sort of cafeteria-style serving line

On a lunchtime visit in September 2010, [[Kake]]'s salmon and asparagus crepe
[http://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/5051906081/ photo] was rather disappointing; the salmon was badly dried out, the asparagus was very overcooked, and the rest of the filling was stodgy and very salty. [[Juggzy]]'s sausages were better, though.

Accessibility: A step up to get in. I think the toilets may be in the basement.
