No real ale (there's a handpump, but no clip) — as of September 2010 the only drinks options are Guinness, Guinness Extra Cold, John Smiths Extra Smooth, Bulmers cider (£1.70/half), Fosters, Stella, Carling, and Becks Vier. It has a pool table, two dartboards, and a jukebox. Decor is quite basic (some have said it's a little down at heel) — exposed floorboards, bright yellow walls, local club notices stuck on pillars, and various trophies displayed on windowsills. Blackboards above the bar advertise crib nights, pool nights, and darts nights. As of late 2007 it serves Thai food, which seemed quite good. They also sell Monster Munch. Accessibility: A couple of steps or a very steep ramp to enter. Toilets are down a couple more stairs (with handrail) at the back.
