There is a regular Irish music session on Monday nights from about 9pm. Reels, jigs, hornpipes etc played on traditional instruments, plus the occasional song. This is an acoustic tune session not an open mic night.

A Greene King pub on the corner of Mill Road and Kingston Street, also known as "The Swimmer". Has a heated courtyard beer garden. They also do food; the menu can be viewed on their website. Sandwiches/wraps/panini cost £3–£5, main courses £5.50–£7. Chips are £1.50.

Changed hands in 2005 and lost all its previous Formula One theming.
