Pub on Maids Causeway. It's closed and reopened a number of times over the years (some examples below), and seems to go through tenants at an amazing rate, so do check before you commit yourself! Indeed, our most recent news as of December 2011 is that the pub was [http://www.cambridge-camra.org.uk/ale/352/pub-news.html placed on the market] by Greene King, and [http://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/6459873305/ has now been sold]. [http://www.cambridge-camra.org.uk/ale/355/pub-news.html According to Cambridge & District CAMRA], as of April 2012 there has been "a pre-application enquiry concerning erection of 16 flats" by the developer that now owns the building. As of May 2008 this pub was closed with a board outside from [http://www.greeneking.co.uk/ Greene King] advertising for a new tenant. As of June 2008, [http://groups.google.com/group/cam.misc/msg/055dd9f3539e2d55 according to cam.misc], it opened again with what was presumably a temporary landlord. The September/October 2008 local CAMRA newsletter [http://www.cambridge-camra.org.uk/ale/336/pub-news.html reported] that it was again fully open, with Greene King IPA and Abbot Ale on. <b>See also:</b> * [http://www.beerintheevening.com/pubs/comments.shtml/4064/ Beer in the Evening comments] * [http://www.crawlplanner.com/viewpub.php?id=300 CrawlPlanner comments] * [http://www.iankitching.me.uk/pubs/zebra.html Ian Kitching's review]
