Zizzi's in Cambridge isn't particularly different from any others of the chain. Though as expected on both occasions I've eaten here I have been treated well and the food has been served in reasonable time. The menu in my opinion is one of the better ones around with a varied selection and not just being a glorified pizza parlour but in fact giving a good selection of what I would consider Italian cuisine.
The open oven in the front of the restaurant adds to the atmosphere and the belief that they want to sell you a complete product rather than just slap food in front of you, while the overall decor is of a high level too.
As a night out you won't be disappointed by this; the only downside is that the place isn't the best value for money in Cambridge. Then again it isn't an unreasonable price for what you get.
