This restaurant has changed hands and is now called Cocum, parent restaurant in London.
One of the cluster of Indian restaurants on Castle Hill; a concern of Kerala Group restaurants, London.
The manager recommended to me the prawn curry, the fisherman's soup, and the kurumulaku peppered chicken.
Offers takeaway, with a 10% discount on collection. Special lunch buffet and lunch boxes from Monday to Sunday from 11.30am to 3pm.
Curious decor - pumpkin orange walls, the odd blu-tacked poster, paper chains and a picture of a breast feeding woman!
However, the service is good and the food is excellent. The dishes are an authentic representation of Keralan food. The menu is different from other Indian restaurants, much less greasy and with lots of tasty fish dishes. To be recommended (don't forget the sunglasses).
